Bereavement Support

About the Group

The suicide bereavement support group provides a compassionate and caring place for people to share their pain from the loss of someone to suicide.

Our facilitators have been trained by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and have experienced first hand the loss of someone to suicide. The group was created by Darlene and Tim Baker in 2004 and they facilitate the group.

The group is for peer support and is not intended to replace professional counseling. The group is free of charge and is Sponsored By:

Meeting Format

The group meets monthly, usually the 3rd Monday of the month 7:00pm to 8:30 pm

There is time available at the beginning and ending of each meeting for people to make personal connections.
